Before joining REAP Financial in 2021, Lata worked as a practice manager for 16 years. Today, she focuses on welcoming new clients to the firm, assisting them through the onboarding process to make sure the application process goes smoothly and efficiently. In addition to establishing new accounts, Lata is responsible for servicing existing accounts.

Lata and her husband, Jeff, are recent transplants to Cedar Park, Texas. They moved here in 2021 with their children, Noah and Jaya, and dogs, Roxy and Scooter. Away from work, Lata enjoys cooking, hiking, walking, reading and watching sports, especially when her kids are playing.
